Rockstar kickboxing rocks! They are welcoming, helpful, they take tome tome to show you how to do things instead of letting you do it the wrong way. They are super nice and the studio is very clean and sanitized. I stopped going for a few weeks and they called me and texted me and showed how much they care and to get me back. I recommend this 110% they are the best around!

Joining Rockstar was one of the best decisions I have made. All of the coaches are extremely motivating and very friendly. Not only does Rockstar provide you with an amazing workout but they also share numerous health tips and plan many fun theme days which makes class even more enjoyable. I highly recommend joining the Rockstar family!

Been going to rockstar kickboxing since January 2021 and i absolutely love it! The coaches motivate you to the fullest and this is a no judgement gym along with differential in workouts so you will never get tired or bored of coming here. Along with clean eating, you will definitely meet your weight lost goals/ Gain strength that you never had!!

Love the environment and positivity. The coaches are great and everyone is super encouraging. My goal was to find a physical activity that I could stick to. And i just hit my 60th class! Highly recommend!

Rockstar kickboxing gives you one hell of a kicka$$ workout each and every class!! All of the coaches come in hot with high energy and so much motivation. Kickboxing is definitely cheaper than therapy 🤣

Every single one of the coaches is so enthusiastic and they love pushing you to reach your goals. The party-like atmosphere with uplifting and amazing music is like no other. No better place to get your full-body workout! 💪🏼

I been with rockstar for about 2 years now and I absolutely love it!! The coaches are all wonderful and they truly care about everyone. If you don’t show up for a few days; they are always checking up on you to make sure you are okay. Every time you walk into the gym you feel like a family and all your stress goes away!! When I first joined rockstar I was so nervous and unsure of myself. My first day was crazy, nerve racking, and the best decision I’ve ever made. Three years later, I still crush it at rockstar and am so impressed with the new bag rounds, workouts, and coaches. You walk out of class feeling so empowered and strong, ready to crush the day ahead of you. I think back to my first day and say, “where would I be today if I didn’t sign up?” I’ve learned how to eat properly and meal prep, take care of my body and lose weight. The rockstar fitfam is a group you’ll never regret joining ❤️.

Rockstar Kickboxing is the best workout I have ever experienced. The coaches are all so motivating and constantly push you to be a better version of yourself. I love how Rockstar incorporates so many different aspects into the hour that you’re there from the cardio warmup, bag rounds, weights and health tips!

I've been coming to Rockstar for several months and I cannot find anything negative to say about this place. The classes are fun and engaging - the coaches really want you to succeed in your fitness goals, which is something you won't find at most gyms. You are encouraged to push yourself without feeling pressured to keep up with the person next to you. Other than those extra pounds, you've got nothing to lose!
